Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what is not allowed on TokMaket. It applies to listings, jobs, company profiles, Staff Available resumes, services, transport routes, Kokoda Trekking, Kokoda Trekking Staff, Camp Notices, resort packages, Village Stays, messages, photos, ratings and account activity.
Do Not List Illegal or Unsafe Items
You must not list illegal goods, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, unsafe goods, recalled goods, restricted weapons, illegal drugs, protected wildlife, fraudulent documents or anything you are not legally allowed to sell or provide.
Do Not Mislead People
Ol Listings must not include false prices, fake availability, false experience, fake licences, false permits, copied photos, misleading business names, incorrect locations or claims that cannot be supported.
You must not falsely claim that you are phone verified, email verified, agent verified, business verified, a verified tour operator, a verified transport operator, a verified community leader or a verified Starlink location. Verification badges are controlled by TokMaket admins.
No Scams or Payment Abuse
You must not use TokMaket for advance-fee scams, fake payment confirmations, phishing, identity theft, money laundering, fake freight, fake charter offers, fake accommodation or other dishonest activity.
Respect People and Communities
Do not post content that harasses, threatens, exploits, humiliates or discriminates against people or communities. Do not publish another person's private contact details, photo or identity information without permission.
Jobs, Resumes and Personal Information
Job posts and Staff Available profiles must be genuine. Do not post fake jobs, fake companies, false qualifications, false licences, copied resumes, discriminatory job requirements, misleading pay, misleading work conditions or another person's personal information without permission.
Companies must not misuse candidate phone numbers, email addresses, resumes, photos or application messages. Candidate information received through TokMaket should only be used for the relevant recruitment, work or employment enquiry.
Photos and Copyright
Only upload photos, company logos and resume files you own, created yourself, are authorised to use, or have permission to publish. Do not upload another person's photo, resume or personal information as your Staff Available or Kokoda Trekking Staff profile.
Kokoda, Tourism and Staff Ol Listings
Kokoda operators, trekking companies and Kokoda Trekking Staff must not falsely claim official approval, licences, permits, experience, safety training or employment relationships. TokMaket approval means site moderation only and is not official government or authority approval.
Transport and Charter Ol Listings
Transport and charter information should be honest about route, vehicle or aircraft type, schedule, capacity, contact details and price notes. Do not list services you cannot lawfully or safely provide.
Backload and empty-space posts must accurately describe the route, date, departure time, available seats, available cargo kilograms, return-leg status and whether the space is still available, limited, full or cancelled.
Group Buys
Group Buy, Buy Together, Village Order, shared freight and farmer collective posts must clearly describe the item, target quantity, price note, join deadline, organizer, pickup or delivery plan and any supplier or freight conditions. Do not collect money for a group buy you cannot reasonably organize.
Sharing and Social Previews
Do not use TokMaket listing links, screenshots or Facebook/Messenger previews to mislead buyers about price, availability, location, identity or payment instructions.
Spam and Technical Misuse
Do not post repeated spam, irrelevant advertising, malicious links, malware, automated scraping, fake accounts or content designed to interfere with TokMaket.
Moderation Action
TokMaket may remove content, reject listings, suspend accounts, hide contact details or refer serious issues where needed for safety, legal compliance or site integrity.
